A tracking code will be sent to you to track the progress of your order. You are responsible for any duties and taxes imposed through the delivery of your order.
Returns
We hope you will be delighted with your items, however if you you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we will be happy to offer an exchange or credit note. Please please contact Emma, within 14 days of receipt of your order. You will then have a further 14 days to return your item. Please be aware we cannot accept any returns on earrings, personalised or commissioned items.
When getting in touch please give your name, details of the item ordered number and state your reason for a refund.
Please return items carefully repackaged in their original packing. You are responsible for the item and its returning cost until it reaches Emma. It is recommended using a recorded service and that you insure it for the value of the goods. Emma will not be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit. Once items have been received and returned conditions fulfilled a refund will be processed.
